Safest possible way using Noose Van AND the Heavy Armor Suit (Select Player Saved Outfits in the heist finale) which cost 40K and you will be able to take twice as many bullets and double damage before you die! Noobs does not understand the value of the Heavy Armor Suit. It can be bought in any clothing store.

THIS IS NOT THE SAME ARMOR AS YOU BUY IN THE INTERACTION MENU!!!

For aproximately every 10th level you get 10% more normal protection against damage. Level 135 = 100% normal armor. This is built in the game!!! But the Heavy Armor suit DOUBLES this!!! So go and buy it!
